Families should stay here
Staff were really friendly, they even set up a put up bed for my son coz I booked a double instead of a twin. The food was top notch, they even catered for my gluten free diet at breakfast which was a pleasant surprise.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but acceptable.

The room was comfortable and fitted with luxuriously thick towels, enhancing the overall experience. The location offered ample open space and convenient parking, making it easy for family visits. the breakfast experience left much to be desired due to a lack of clear communication about options, resulting in confusion among guests. the reception staff was unhelpful at checkout, which marred an otherwise pleasant stay.

Cozy stay with friendly vibes
We only stayed for one night, but it was pretty chill. The room was nice and warm after a bit, and the bed was super comfy. Staff were lovely and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was spot on too! Just a heads up, though—the room could use some TLC and felt a bit dated. enjoyed our stay!

The stay was quite pleasant, especially after visiting the nearby attractions. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and I loved the unique airplane-themed decor in my room. The breakfast, a full English, was delicious and set us up nicely for the day. Although the shower had some water pressure issues, we enjoyed our time relaxing in the clean and comfortable atmosphere of the hotel.

Decent Stay but Needs Improvement
Enjoyed breakfast here, which was a highlight of our stay. The staff were friendly but the room left much to be desired due to its cramped layout and lack of essentials like hooks and proper shower fixtures. A tip for future visitors, check room condition before settling in.

perfect base for exploring parks and museums nearby
I had a delightful experience enjoying a wonderful Sunday carvery just a short stroll from my stay, and I was also charmed by the easy access to the Imperial War Museum, which was only about 6.5 km away, perfect for my weekend city strolls and sightseeing pursuits. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the welcoming and helpful staff, who made my early check-in smooth and left the room key accessible for my late arrival.

Ground-floor rooms open into a quaint courtyard, offering a cozy setup. Breakfast features a solid variety, enough to kick-start the day, especially if you avoid the hefty full plate.
The en suite felt cramped, making it a bit of a challenge after a long day. Noise from the courtyard could be bothersome, especially from late-night partiers, and it would’ve been nice to have curtains for a bit of privacy. The shower flow was disappointingly low, which could leave you feeling a little rushed, but if that's not a deal-breaker, you might find it charming enough.
